Text Box: Financial Policy/Agreement For Wilderness Adventure Trips Deposits: For individual campers signing up for a scheduled Maine trip. Maine trips require a deposit of $100.00 per person to reserve your spot which is refundable up until 30 days prior to your trip. None of the deposit is refundable 30 days prior to your trip. The balance is due upon arrival. For individuals signing up for a Scheduled Canadian Trip. Required is a $200.00 deposit to reserve your spot which is refundable up until three months prior to your trip. A second nonrefundable payment of $300.00 is due three months prior to your trip with no refunds after this date. The balance is due upon arrival. Final Payment: The balance is due the first day of the trip. Note: If you are not able to attend, you may transfer all funds paid in to a person you find to take your place on the trip and when the over all size of the group is not reduced in number. Note: Due to the planning, commitment to specific dates, commitment of leaders & staff, securing equipment, supplies and purchasing of food, deposits are not refundable but are transferable only to a person taking their spot when it does not reduce the overall size of the group.
