PARENTS, Junior Survivor is a great wilderness experience for first-timers. We Choose alternate between two locations one being the St. Croix river in Vanceboro, where five days later (and 20 miles down river), we take out at Loon Bay. The 2nd location being on 3rd Machias Lake, where we set up Base camp and conduct programming in and around 3rd Machias Lake. Not only will your child learn a lot of canoeing and camping skills, but each day, lots of fun activities are in store in the form of friendly tribal competitions. Scriptures come alive during morning and evening devotions, through creative dramas that present the Truth of God’s Word. This year Donn Fendler will visit the group and share how he survived 9 days lost in the Maine woods at the age of 12. Each camper will receive a copy of Donn’s book Lost on a Mountain in Maine.

SUPERVISION & SAFETY: There will be a ratio of at least 1 leader per 4 campers to assist with the safety, supervision, and well-being of campers. .
